We are recruiting volunteers who are 18 years or older to participate in our acceptability study of edamame! Participants will be asked to view, smell, and taste edamame samples, describe their impressions, and complete a survey. Next sessions will be on March 18 and 20 (9:00am - 3:00pm) at VT Sensory Evaluation Lab (HABB1 205, 1230 Washington St SW).
